Essex Three-Twelve Announces Promotion of Quinn Evans and Addition of Levi Beam
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Essex Three-Twelve, LLC, a Chicago-based multifamily investment sales brokerage specializing in three- to twelve-unit properties, announced the promotion of Quinn Evans to Associate Broker and the addition of Levi Beam as Analyst.
The personnel moves reflect Essex Three-Twelve’s continued investment in developing young professionals and expanding the team supporting property owners and investors throughout Chicago’s smaller multifamily market.
Quinn Evans Promoted to Associate Broker
Quinn Evans joined Essex Three-Twelve in 2025 and has played an integral role in supporting the firm’s multifamily investment sales platform through property valuation, market analysis, transaction support, and the development of tailored strategies for property owners and investors across Chicago.
Prior to joining Essex Three-Twelve, Quinn Evans worked in wealth management as an Investment Specialist, where he partnered with clients to understand their financial objectives and executed equity, bond, and fixed-income trades. His financial background and analytical experience provided a strong foundation for his transition into Chicago’s multifamily investment sales market.

In his new role as Associate Broker, Quinn Evans will continue to build upon his experience in property valuation and market analysis while taking on an expanded role advising owners and investors throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
Quinn Evans earned a degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing from Marquette University in 2022. Outside of work, he enjoys playing hockey, camping, and traveling out West to visit family.
Essex Three-Twelve Welcomes Levi Beam as Analyst
As Quinn Evans transitions into his expanded brokerage role, Essex Three-Twelve has also welcomed Levi Beam as Analyst. Levi Beam joined the firm in September 2026 and focuses on investment underwriting, asset valuation, market research, and transaction analysis in support of the firm’s Chicago multifamily brokerage activity.
Prior to joining Essex Three-Twelve, Levi Beam worked as a Coordinating Accountant for the Inter-Cooperative Council of Ann Arbor, where he worked with a 450-unit multifamily portfolio. His responsibilities included analyzing financial statements, assisting with accounting operations, and servicing tenants, providing direct exposure to the financial and operational aspects of multifamily housing.

Levi Beam graduated from the University of Michigan in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology. Outside of work, he enjoys plein-air oil painting, pottery, playing guitar, and rock climbing.
