Ryan joined Essex 312, Inc. in 2022 with a primary focus on three- to twelve-unit multifamily investment sales. He aims to help investors grow their portfolio or start their real estate investment journey. Ryan started his real estate career as an investor in fix and flips, multifamily developments, retail commercial, and large single-family rental communities. Prior to joining Essex 312, Ryan sold residential real estate in Chicago, He sold a variety of products, including condominiums, townhomes, single-family, and small multifamily properties.

Education

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, where he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering.

Michael joined Essex 312 as an associate in 2023 with a primary focus on multifamily investments on the north side of Chicago. Working alongside Managing Broker Ryan Blake, he assists in serving clients with a tailored approach to their individual needs. Michael was previously an intern at Essex before he joined the Essex 312 team full-time.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys rowing, playing tennis, and spending time with his friends and family.

Education

Michael graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Communication & Media in 2023.

Chris joined Essex 312 in 2024, working with clients on the acquisition and disposition of 3–12 unit Multifamily and Mixed-Use Retail buildings throughout Chicago’s north side. Prior to joining Essex, Chris worked in energy sales, aiding corporations in the optimization of energy consumption within expansive commercial and industrial settings nationwide. Additionally, he garnered invaluable experience in real estate through involvement in acquisitions and project management alongside a local investor. In his free time, Chris enjoys playing pickleball and soccer, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Education

Chris holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis, where he distinguished himself academically, earning placement on the Dean’s List, while also achieving success as a collegiate soccer player.
