Since 1990, Essex Realty Group, LLC. has sold thousands of multi-family properties throughout Chicago. One of the critical lessons from this experience is that there is a tremendous void in the service to investors who own 3-12 unit apartment buildings. Historically, investors in this market have relied on residential brokers with limited experience in multi-family transactions or on multi-family brokers for whom this size investment is not their primary focus.

Garrett joined Essex Three-Twelve in 2024, specializing in the sale of three- to twelve-unit multifamily properties on the North Side of Chicago. His focus is on offering strategic advice to local property owners and fostering long-term relationships.
Before joining Essex, Garrett worked as an acquisitions professional for an institutional real estate manager overseeing a series of closed-end funds. His role involved sourcing, conducting due diligence, and executing deals across various asset classes, including multifamily, student housing, office, R&D, hotel, and retail properties.
A resident of Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood, Garrett enjoys exploring the local dining scene along Clark Street with friends and family.
Education
Garrett graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and remains active in the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Michael joined Essex Three-Twelve as an associate in 2023 with a primary focus on multifamily investments on the north side of Chicago. He assists in serving clients with a tailored approach to their individual needs. Michael was previously an intern at Essex before he joined the Essex 312 team full-time.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys rowing, playing tennis, and spending time with his friends and family.
Education
Michael graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Communication & Media in 2023.

Jack joined Essex Three-Twelve, LLC. in 2025 as an Associate, focusing on business development across Chicago’s North Side.
Before joining Essex, Jack built a diverse background in the real estate investment sector as a broker, general contractor, and property manager. His work centered on identifying value-add opportunities, executing stabilization strategies, and preparing properties for long-term holds or market positioning.
Outside the office, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the outdoors.
Education
Jack earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Michigan University in 2009 and later completed a Master of Arts degree from National-Louis University.

Quinn joined Essex Three-Twelve, LLC. in 2025 as an Associate Broker, focusing on guiding clients through multifamily transactions across Chicago. He specializes in property valuation, market analysis, and creating tailored strategies to meet each client’s investment goals.
Quinn brings a strong financial background from his previous role in wealth management as an Investment Specialist. There, he partnered with clients to understand their objectives and executed equity, bond, and fixed-income trades designed to help them reach their financial targets.
In his free time, Quinn enjoys playing hockey, camping, and making trips out West to visit family.
Education
Quinn earned a degree in Corporate Communications & Marketing from Marquette University in 2022.

Laura joined Essex Three-Twelve, LLC in 2025 as Marketing and Administrative Coordinator. She plays a key role in developing and executing the team’s marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and providing coordinated oversight throughout the transaction process to help ensure smooth, efficient closings.
Prior to her real estate career, Laura spent several years in education as a teacher. In addition to her classroom expertise, she managed a variety of administrative responsibilities and created educational content—skills that now enhance her approach to real estate marketing and client communications.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys playing volleyball, hosting friends and family, and making music.
