Essex Realty Group Launches Essex 312 Brokerage
Essex Realty Group, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of a sister company, Essex Three-Twelve, LLC. Since 1990, Essex Realty Group has sold thousands of multi-family properties throughout Chicago. One of the critical lessons from this experience is that there is a tremendous void in the service to investors who own 3–12-unit apartment buildings.
“Historically, investors in this market have relied on residential brokers with limited experience in multifamily transactions, or on multifamily brokers for whom this size investment is not their primary focus,” says Essex President Brian Kochendorfer. “Essex 312 fills that void by providing buyers and sellers of these buildings the ability to work brokers who specialize in and understand the nuances of these properties and the unique opportunity they provide.”
